Job Description
WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind energy across Europe. We have over 600 members from across the whole value chain of wind energy: wind turbine manufacturers, component suppliers, power utilities and wind farm developers, financial institutions, research institutes and national wind energy associations.
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 & Project Support Officer to join our IT Team in a leading advocate organisation where you can make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of wind energy. You will be mainly responsible for the maintenance and customisations of MS Dynamics 365, support during CRM-related projects and system upgrades. You will report to the Head of IT.
Main duties and responsibilities
- User maintenance (Dynamics 365 & Business Central)
- Revision and testing of Microsoft updates and their impact on Dynamics 365 & Business Central systems
- Processing of small customisations of Dynamics 365
- Support during Dynamics 365 & Business Central-related projects
- Identification of process optimisations (automation, digitalisation, AI-driven optimisations, reporting)
- Administrative assistance (creation and maintenance of relevant documentation, project documentation) and assistance with other ad-hoc tasks that IT Team may require

- Team player, constructive mindset
- Very well-organised, able to multitask and stress resistant
- Team-spirited, able to work across different departments in a structured and transparent manner
- Displaying ownership of and a high sense of responsibility regarding the projects assigned
- Analytical mind with project management skills
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent job experience).
- Circa 2 years of previous professional experience in administration/customisation of Dynamics 365
- Previous experience in business analysis and/or project management is a plus
IT skills
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 administration (users, security roles, ...)
- Familiarity with Power Platform
- Familiarity with Power Automate (Flows, ...)
- Familiarity with basic administration (users, email accounts, ..) in Business Central is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI (any tool), with Copilot as a plus
Languages
- Very good level of English (written and spoken)
- Any other language is a plus
