We're looking for skilled Installation Technicians to join our team for an Offshore Pre-Installation project in Denmark starting February 2026.

This is an exciting long-term opportunity to work offshore on industry-leading turbine platforms, supporting one of Europe's major renewable energy developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support mechanical pre-installation and assembly of wind turbine components offshore.
  • Assist with turbine component handling, alignment, and mechanical fitting operations.
  • Perform torquing, tensioning, and bolt-check activities in line with OEM specifications.
  • Collaborate with electrical, lifting, and logistics teams to ensure safe and efficient offshore workflows.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in full compliance with HSE and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to team leads and site supervisors.

Required Skills & Certification

  • GWO BTT Mechanical & Installation.
  • Fire Prevention Awareness training.
  • Technical & Operational Safety certification.
  • Tool Tethering competency.
  • ActSafe Power Ascender (Material Use) certification.
  • Offshore Medical and valid GWO BST.
  • Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork in offshore environments.
  • Previous offshore or pre-installation experience is highly desirable.
