Wie du die Energiewende vorantreiben kannst

Du entwickelst unsere Controlling Strukturen in SAP weiter als Basis für das interne Management-Reporting und die unternehmensweite Steuerungslogik.
Du definierst und optimierst Prozesse und Werteflüsse in SAP, insbesondere im Bereich Ergebnisrechnung und Umlagen zu verschiedenen Kostenstellen.
Du entwickelst und implementierst konzernweite Controlling-Standards (Kostenstellen-Strukturen, Kontenmappings, P&L Logik, etc.).
Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung eines konzernweiten SAP-Blueprints sowie Roll-outs zu Tochtergesellschaften.
Du übernimmst Controlling-Aufgaben im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses (z.B. Inventur-Kalkulation, Standardpreis-Kalkulation) und operative Controlling-Fragestellungen im Monatsabschluss.

Was du auf dieser Reise benötigen wirst

Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Finance und Controlling (z.B. BWL) erfolgreich absolviert.
Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finance/Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, mit.
Du hast sehr gute SAP FI/CO Kenntnisse (z.B. als Key User), insbesondere in SAP CO und idealerweise in S4/HANA, sowie die Fähigkeit, SAP zu konfigurieren und in der Tiefe zu verstehen.
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie pragmatisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken.
Du hast gute Excel-Kenntnisse und generell eine Affinität zur IT.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
