Description de poste
Vous êtes un appui pour le responsable Maintenance et son adjoint et vous un support opérationnel pour l'ensemble de l'équipe technique itinérante répartie sur toute l'île.
Missions quotidiennes
- Vérification et intégration des documents « projet Solaire » indispensable à la maintenance
- Enregistrement de données générales et techniques dans la base GMAO
- Planification et organisation des interventions avec l'appui du responsable maintenance
- Prévient les clients / partenaires fonciers des interventions planifiées
- Assure le contrôle de premier niveau des interventions
- Vérifie le pointage N-1 afin de limiter et corriger les écarts
- Assure le lien avec l'équipe terrain pour les affectations ou évolutions de planning
- Assure la transmission des éléments afférents aux clients / partenaires fonciers
Missions administratives
- Gestion des commandes du service (comptoirs, pièces de rechange, contrats,
- Suivi administratif des campagnes réglementaires
- Assiste le responsable maintenance dans ses tâches administratives
- Participe à des missions ponctuelles de développement du service en lien avec le responsable maintenance et/ou son adjoint
Gestion du stock
- Gestion des Entrées/Sorties du stock de maintenance
- Préparer et participer à l'inventaire de fin d'année
- Suivi mensuel de l'état du stock en lien avec le service comptabilité
Profil recherché
Profil Formation
- Bac à Bac+2 axée « Assistance technique et/ou administratif » "Assistance technique d'Ingénieur"
Compétences techniques
- Une expérience en assistance technique et/ou administratif dans un service maintenance ou SAV serait un plus.

- Ouvert(e) au changement et doté(e) d'une grande ouverture d'esprit
- Une large polyvalence
- A l'aise avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes
