Job Description
Skeleton is looking for a driven and detail-oriented EMC Test Engineer to join our Advanced Engineering team in Lappeenranta.
Would you like to play a key role in ensuring the performance and compliance of cutting-edge energy storage products? We are now looking for an EMC Test Engineer specializing in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and analysis to join our newly established Testing Team. This position is one of four new roles in the team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product validation and verification test programs
- Create detailed test plans and comprehensive reports
- Conduct EMC and other related tests
- Organize and coordinate tests in external test laboratories
- Develop and maintain measurement equipment
- Develop and improve test methods and procedures
Requirements
- Educational background in engineering (electrical or a related field)
- Experience in EMC testing and analysis
- Familiarity with test planning, execution, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and test setups
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English and Finnish
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong motivation to learn
- Willingness to travel occasionally for external testing
