Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high-impact brand and communication practices across all d.light markets. The role acts as a key link between the Global Marketing team and OPCO marketing teams, supporting brand alignment, trade marketing strategy, Channel & stakeholder communication, and campaign readiness across regions.
R&Rs
- Lead development and regular updates of global brand strategy and guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all regions by reviewing and approving key marketing assets.
- Guide OPCO teams on POSM planning, EC branding, and retail campaign execution.
- Review and support internal and external communication material in line with brand priorities.
- Manage master creative toolkits and coordinate adaptation across local markets.
- Coordinate with creative, PR, and branding agencies to maintain high quality and brand alignment.
- Track GTM calendars, campaign timelines, and resolve any misalignments across teams.
- Support HR and Leadership in internal branding, communication, and engagement storytelling.
- Facilitate regular training, brand workshops, and best-practice sharing sessions with OPCO teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent brand representation across public platforms.
- Align brand efforts across Product, Sales, HR, and Social Impact functions.
- Harness Generative AI for ideation, campaign testing, and multi-language content adaptation.
- Apply AI-driven analytics for brand monitoring, competitor tracking, and sentiment insights.
- Partner with product and digital teams to ensure the brand narrative is embedded in customer journeys (online & offline).
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years in brand, communication, or marketing strategy roles
- Experience working with decentralized or multi-country teams
- Strong knowledge of brand audits, guidelines, and campaign messaging
- Hands-on experience in reviewing and guiding creative or communication materials
- Proven ability to manage agencies and ensure high-quality outputs
- Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing and communications (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, etc.)
- Strong digital storytelling and social media analytics experience.
- Comfort with data visualization tools for presenting insights to leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
