Description de poste
Au sein du service achat, vous participerez aux différentes activités du service, dans le but de garantir l'approvisionnement des pièces de rechanges, l'outillage et les équipements nécessaires aux activités d'Exploitation et de Maintenance de nos parcs.
Missions du poste
- Supporter l'acheteur dans la préparation des appels d'offres, leur analyse, la mise en forme des recommandations ;
- Présenter les recommandations et les analyses pour décision ;
- Participer aux négociations avec les fournisseurs, supporter les actions de contractualisation ;
- Faire appliquer les contrats par nos centres de maintenance ;
- Participer à certains projets d'amélioration transverses (processus, outils, etc.) ;
- Déployer la stratégie achats définie ;
- Assurer les sélections fournisseurs ;
- Contractualiser avec les fournisseurs sélectionnés et faire appliquer les contrats ;
- Mettre en place les outils nécessaires pour assurer le suivi des EPI et des outils calibrés ;
- S'assurer du suivi des EPI et des outils calibrés.
Profil recherché
Vous préparez actuellement une Licence ou un Master en école de commerce (ou formation équivalente). Vous disposez de connaissances de base en achats, notamment en négociation avec les fournisseurs. Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour ce poste. Vous êtes à l'aise avec le Pack Office et la gestion de bases de données. Doté(e) de solides compétences en communication, vous aimez travailler en équipe et savez collaborer efficacement.
