- Source and assess new project sites through in-house tools, GIS mapping, and your professional network.
- Evaluate grid capacity and connection opportunities, ensuring project feasibility from both a technical and commercial perspective.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks with clear communication, prioritization, and mitigation strategies.
- Support commercial negotiations, due diligence, and investment appraisals, contributing to project financial models and business cases.
- Lead and coordinate meetings with landowners, municipalities, grid operators, and other key stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Negotiate and secure land rights, lease agreements, and access arrangements to enable successful project development.

- 5+ years of experience in renewable-energy project development in Spain, with at least 2-3 years focused on BESS (essential).
- Proven track record in site origination, land negotiation, and stakeholder engagement within the Spanish energy sector.
- Solid understanding of Spanish grid regulations, permitting processes, and regional land-use planning.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess project value and risk under time and cost pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-moving market environment.

With us, you get
- An entrepreneurial and agile approach to your work. In daily life, it means it is not far from thought to action, and when you are given a mandate, we trust in your abilities.
- A shared vision for the green transition, and what we do as a company, we do together. In a truly international environment.
- Knowledge sharing is important for us. We start every other Monday with our global weekly morning meeting. Here the executive management and departments give us an update on projects and current focus areas.
