Bei Voltfang entwickeln und errichten wir Batteriespeichersysteme für eine unabhängige Energiezukunft. Dazu braucht es mehr als Technik: Es braucht ein Controlling, das zuverlässig, vorausschauend und datenbasiert arbeitet. Genau dafür suchen wir dich.
Als Controller:in (m/w/d) sorgst du (in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit) dafür, dass unsere Projekte und Voltfang wirtschaftlich auf Kurs bleiben. Du analysierst Finanzkennzahlen, leitest daraus Optimierungsmöglichkeiten ab und unterstützt das Management und verschiedene Teams bei einer fundierten Entscheidungsfindung. Dabei gestaltest du unsere Controlling-Prozesse aktiv mit und arbeitest eng mit Accounting, Projektmanagement und dem CFO zusammen - damit aus Zahlen echte Handlungskraft wird.

Deine Aufgaben

(Weiter-)Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung
Projektkalkulation und projektbezogenes Controlling über alle Phasen hinweg
Erstellung, Analyse und Kommentierung monatlicher Reports sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für interne und externe Stakeholder
Identifikation von wirtschaftlichen Optimierungspotenzialen und Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting-Team sowie regelmäßiger, direkter Austausch mit dem CFO
Eigenständige Betreuung aller relevanten Controlling-Prozesse - von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung
Kommunikation mit relevanten Stakeholdern, bspw. Banken und Equity Investoren
Begleitung von Due Diligence-Themen im Zuge von Fundraising- und M&A-Prozessen

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder vergleichbar
2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im projektorientierten Umfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, PowerPoint sowie idealerweise auch in Datev
Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Systemen ist ein Plus
Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst selbst an und wartest nicht, bis andere es tun
Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gutes Englisch
