Als Strategic Partnership Manager (m/w/d) erschließt du neue Kooperationen und Projektchancen im Wind- und PV-Umfeld, entwickelst gemeinsame BESS-Initiativen und stärkst damit nachhaltig Voltfangs Wachstum und Marktpräsenz.

Aufbau, Entwicklung und Steuerung strategischer Partnerschaften mit kleinen und mittelständischen Projektentwicklern zur anorganischen Erweiterung unserer Projektpipeline
Identifikation geeigneter Wind- und PV-Standorte sowie aktive Ansprache von Betreibern zur Initiierung gemeinsamer BESS Co-Location Projekte
Entwicklung und Implementierung einer standardisierten Partnerplattform (inkl. Scouting-, Onboarding- und Betreuungsprozessen), die strukturiert Zugang zu neuen Projekten und Standorten schafft
Gestaltung individueller kommerzieller Kooperationsmodelle unter Berücksichtigung der unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse von Projektentwicklern, Betreibern und Investoren - inkl. Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Vergütungs- und Risikoteilungsstrukturen
Bewertung potenzieller Partnerschaften unter technischen, wirtschaftlichen und regulatorischen Gesichtspunkten - in enger Zusammenarbeit
