Deine Aufgaben

Prüfung von Standardverträgen, Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen und AGBs
Organisation rechtlicher Dokumente und Schriftsätze sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management bis hin zur Geschäftsführung
Aufbereitung eingehender Anwaltsschreiben und interne Koordination der weiteren Schritte
Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Anwaltskanzleien, Amts- und Landgerichten sowie Verwaltung von Schadensfällen im internen System
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Richtlinien und Prozessen, Mitarbeit an konzerninternen Themen und eigenständige Recherchen zu verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten

Dein Profil

Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts im Bachelor oder Master
Interesse an unterschiedlichen Rechtsgebieten wie Wirtschaftsrecht, Vertragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Baurecht, Datenschutz und Compliance sowie idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen
Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Verfügbarkeit von 12 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche
