Als Werkstudent im Pre & After Sales Team (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns aktiv dabei, unsere Kund*innen vom Erstkontakt bis zur Übergabe ihrer Projekte zu begleiten – mit Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsfreude und digitalem Mindset.

Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung eingehender Anfragen und Koordination von Erstberatungsterminen
- Mitarbeit bei der Kundenberatung und beim Verkauf von Nachrüstungen, Speicherlösungen und Add-Ons
- Nachverfolgung und Nachbearbeitung abgeschlossener Vertriebsprozesse sowie Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM
- Unterstützung in der Betreuung von Bestandskundschaft und bei der strukturierten Übergabe an das Projektmanagement
- Mitarbeit an CRM-Kampagnen und internen Projekten zur Vertriebsoptimierung
Dein Profil
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. Ä.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Kundenservice oder Projektumfeld von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (MS Office, CRM-Systeme)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
