Deine Aufgaben

Erstellung von Jahres- und Quartalsabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS sowie enge Abstimmung mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Geschäftsführung zur Abschlussprüfung und -freigabe
Analyse, Kommentierung und Reporting von Finanzkennzahlen zur Unterstützung der Unternehmenssteuerung
Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Finanzwesen - z. B. Prozessoptimierung, Einführung neuer ERP- und Reporting-Tools oder anderer Softwarelösungen
Sicherstellung von Compliance und Vorgaben des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen und Prozessen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, Bilanzbuchhaltung, Controlling oder Finance
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting oder Controlling, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen oder internationalen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS sowie im Umgang mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und internen Stakeholdern
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, digitalen Tools und Projektmanagement, insbesondere bei Prozessoptimierungen oder Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen
Kenntnisse in Compliance und dem Internen Kontrollsystem (IKS) sowie eine analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
