Deine Aufgaben

Mitverantwortung für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Begleitung von Optimierungsprojekten im Bereich Operations - von der Analyse bis zur Implementierung neuer Prozesse
Strukturierung komplexer Sachverhalte und Ableitung relevanter Informationen, Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
Identifikation von Weiterentwicklungspotenzialen sowie Mitgestaltung automatisierter und effizienter Prozesslösungen
Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit allen Operations-Teams zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
Unterstützung bei der Einführung digitaler Tools und Methoden zur Prozessoptimierung

Dein Profil

Immatrikuliert im Studiengang Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach mit technischem und betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis
Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative
Sicherer Umgang mit MS 365 (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint); Kenntnisse in Power BI, Power Automate oder Programmiersprachen von Vorteil
Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis, Zahlenaffinität und Interesse an Digitalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
