Tasks
- Technical assistance to the Construction and PM departments
- Technical support to Tender Management Area in Cranes & Installation operations by providing support and documentation during the bidding process.
- Cranes operations and Construction Site Layouts analysis to support project planning and execution.
- Lifting plans analysis and crane strategy proposals
- KPIs reports
- Technical Documentation Management regarding instructions, documentary changes and change management.
Your Profile
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling documents and reporting.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining quality of work.
- Supportive Nature: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist team members and adapt to varying needs.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful in addressing administrative and logistical challenges efficiently.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of crane capacities, operations, and site layout planning to assist in equipment selection and logistical arrangements.
- Tender Support Expertise: Proficient in supporting the tendering process, including documentation preparation, data analysis, and compliance checks.
- Documentation Skills: Strong capabilities in managing documentation, contracts, permits, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
