Misión
Ser responsable de controlar todos los procesos de fabricación, así como de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos de calidad definidos para los procesos de producción. También debe verificar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad, así como el uso de equipos de protección.
Funciones
- Formar y capacitar a todos los empleados para trabajar conforme a las instrucciones y estándares de Nordex.
- Ser responsable de cada etapa del proceso de fabricación y liderar a los operarios en cada fase.
- Controlar los tiempos del proceso de producción, gestionar incidencias y realizar inspecciones periódicas.
- Proporcionar formación, información y seguimiento en materia de seguridad (comunicación y gestión con HSE en todo lo relativo a accidentes de trabajo), calidad, medio ambiente y métodos de trabajo seguros para el correcto funcionamiento de la sección.
- Informar al Responsable de Calidad sobre desviaciones e incidencias detectadas durante el proceso.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de seguridad de la planta.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos, incluido el de planificación, en su área de responsabilidad.
- Gestionar inventarios y coordinarse con otros departamentos.
Tu perfil
- Técnico/a Superior en Proyectos de Edificación, Técnico/a Superior en Proyectos de Obra Civil, Técnico/a Superior en Organización y Control de Obras de Construcción u otro grado de Formación Profesional con experiencia industrial o gestionando equipos.
- Nivel de Inglés al menos medio.
- Disponibilidad para estar desplazado en planzas de producción durante largos periodos.
- Habilidades comunicativas, organización, entre otras.
