L'Entreprise OMEXOM Mobilité Electrique a été créée en 2021 pour réaliser des grands projets dans les métiers de la marque OMEXOM (Travaux d'installation électrique sur la voie publique) et apporter à ses clients une réalisation globale sur des projets d'envergure ou avec de fortes spécificités ou contraintes de réalisations.

Vos missions

Vous serez au cœur des projets liés aux bornes de recharge électrique et interviendrez sur plusieurs volets :

Développement technique des réseaux

Créer les bornes dans l'outil de supervision
Accompagner la configuration lors des mises en service et réaliser des tests à distance
Rédiger les procédures de mise en supervision
Mettre à jour les informations des bornes

Exploitation technique des réseaux

Suivre le fonctionnement et la disponibilité des réseaux via l'outil de supervision
Piloter le SAV en cas d'incident, en soutien du responsable d'exploitation
Proposer des améliorations des processus et de l'outil de supervision

Reporting et performance

Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord et rapports d'exploitation
Suivre les indicateurs clés (temps de mise en service, incidents, délais de traitement)
Être force de proposition pour optimiser les indicateurs

Développement commercial et gestion d'affaires

Assister le responsable d'affaires dans les réponses aux appels d'offres et la gestion des projets

Profil recherché

Étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur (Bac+5), généraliste ou spécialisé en énergies Proactif(ve), autonome, avec un bon relationnel Connaissances en informatique (protocole IP, routage réseaux) Bases solides en électricité et compréhension des bornes de recharge
