What your day would look like

You'll spend your time

  • Supporting sales teams and reseller partners with technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Preparing technical input for RFPs for us or for partners and coordinating technical needs during new partnership negotiations.
  • Advising on project studies, costings, and providing deployment support - including first commissioning.
  • Onboarding and training partners so they feel confident working with Zaptec solutions on both sales and technicals matters.
  • Coordinating integration and hardware tests together with our internal technical teams.
  • Following up with partners, ensuring satisfaction, and managing technical cases when needed.

It's an extra advantage if you have experience with any of the following

  • Insight into electrical systems or EV charging.
  • Knowledge of IT integrations, OCPP, or tools like Caneco.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
