Job Description

Voltalia' s subsidiary for the O&M and EPC third party services, is looking for experienced Planning Specialist with the following responsabilities:

  • Manage and maintain the project schedules and plans with the objective to meet contractual requirements and targets with cost savings.

  • Strong Microsoft Project knowledge

  • High emphasis on S-curve creation & Sanity Checks

  • Managing the interdependencies of project workflow in an organized manner. Provide critical path analysis supporting with what-if/ scenario planning.

  • Support Sales, Bid teams with schedules and plans for new opportunities and projects.

  • Control each project's portfolio by assuring the delivery of all the reports and projects' information in order to identify possible deviations and act accordingly;

  • Adhere with standards for Project Management in collaboration with wider PS PMO community (COE, Regional PMO, PMO Risk)

  • Support Project Management and Construction Management with Extension-of-Time claims.

  • Analyse subcontractor's program including critical path analysis, risk analysis, program quality checks and any required improvements.

  • PMO support tasks with emphasis during project execution phase - Project Kick-off, Project Charters, Project Reviews and periodic reports, Project Schedules, Project Closure, etc.

  • Initiating mitigation measures in coordination with respective disciplines to minimize project time delays.

  • Establish and lead the project team and ensure transparent and effective communication related to the overall Master Time Schedule.

  • Monitor construction progress through travel to project sites when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years proven previous experience as a Project Planner a MUST.
  • Has previously carried out the planning of renewable energy works
  • PMBOK training.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project (Advanced) & Office.
  • Proficiency in English is a MUST & other languages are a PLUS.
