About the Role

Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and clean technology?

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our Thundergrid service delivery team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will provide technical support across charger configuration, troubleshooting, stock management, and logistics. Working closely with the Operations team and Charge Point Lead, you will ensure smooth installations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including device setup and charger repairs.
  • Configure hardware and support contractors in the field.
  • Assist with charger installations and activation for customers.
  • Provide input to engineering tasks and support electrical engineers.
  • Manage OT network infrastructure and ensure security compliance.
  • Train team members on systems and processes when required.
  • Ensure timely setup and delivery of client orders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards during all tasks.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' technical experience in electrical repair, network technician, security technician, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of networking technologies (setup and router configuration).
  • Strong computer literacy and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Proactive, "can-do" attitude and cultural awareness.
  • Experienced handling electrical equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
