Dein Profil

Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Organisationsentwicklung, Politikwissenschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
2 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle z. B. Stabsstelle, Projektmanagement, Consulting oder der strategischen Unternehmensentwicklung
Erfahrung in Change-, Transformations- oder Kulturentwicklungsprozessen ist ein Plus
