Dein Beitrag zur Energiewende

  • Du bearbeitest und überwachst den digitalen Eingangsrechnungsworkflow und kümmerst dich um das Eskalationsmanagement
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Kontierung und Verbuchung der Eingangsrechnungen
  • Du erstellst den Zahllauf und kümmerst dich um die Kontrolle und Verbuchung der Kreditkartenbewegungen
  • Die laufende Kontenabstimmung fällt ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich genauso wie die Kontrolle der Fristen
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Anlage, Überprüfung und Pflege von Stammdaten/ Business Partner
  • Du bist Key User in SAP
  • Du unterstützt bei Sonderprojekten des Fachbereichs

Neben Deiner Energie bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder steuerberatenden Bereich mit
  • Du konntest erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, insbesondere im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung sammeln
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit der Bearbeitung von SAP
  • Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählt die Teamfähigkeit und die Zuverlässigkeit und auch Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität bringst du mit
  • Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert
