Job Description
Your Tasks
- Responsible for Local teams and Vehicles;
- Analyse defects on WTG's where necessary in communication with Area Service Manager (ASM);
- Autonomously making repairs of Turbines;
- Carry out complex repairs with support of ASM / Back Office;
- Carry out planned maintenances and Inspection activities;
- Fill in reports and check lists to keep ASM informed of site activities;
- Documentation and completion of Snag Lists from Maintenances;
- On-job training of New Technicians in his area;
- Liaise with Clients or site Management;
- Coordination of Large works;
- Prioritising emergency works to minimise downtime and costs;
- Condition and level of Local Stock;
- Tools condition and that the necessary tools are available for large works.;
- Control of Sub Contractors at site;
- Documentation is completed correctly and returned to Back Office promptly;
Your Profile
- Completed Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship;
- Electrical License that allows you to autonosmously work in the wind turbine and supervise technicians work;
- Proven experience in coordinating a team;
- Health and Safety aware;
- Customer focus;
- Result orientation;
- Willing to travel on a regular basis, including nights away from home;
- Computer literate, able to use MS Office and SAP and in-house database and workload management systems;
