We are looking for someone who can support our wind industry customers while managing intercompany orders across our manufacturing sites in Denmark, Poland, and India. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships, ensuring accurate order handling, and working closely with our factories, warehouse teams, and international colleagues to secure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients within the wind industry.
- Create, submit, and manage intercompany orders to our manufacturing facilities in Denmark, Poland, and India.
- Coordinate order progress, shipment timelines, and delivery status to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Work closely with the warehouse to plan shipments, resolve issues, and secure timely dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communication.
- Collaborate daily with international teams across multiple time zones.
- Update and track information in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Maintain organized records and assist with continuous process improvements.
Our requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Customer service or order management background required.
- Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft D365 is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
