Description de poste

Dans le cadre de l'organisation CSR et Biomasse Locale, nous créons un poste de préparateur électrique.

Il assure la préparation et la planification des opérations de maintenance électrique tout en veillant à la sécurité des personnes et des biens et à la pérennité des moyens de production dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur.

Notamment, il :

Définit les périodicités d'entretien du matériel, en tenant compte des recommandations des fournisseurs et du retour d'expérience de la centrale
Participe à la rédaction d'un calendrier annuel d'entretien régulier et s'assure de son suivi en relation avec son chef de service
Assure la préparation de l'ensemble des opérations de maintenance
Participe à la préparation et à l'optimisation des arrêts annuels
Participe à la rédaction et à la diffusion des retours d'expérience
Participe au choix des prestataires extérieurs et s'assure de la qualité de leur dossier d'intervention
Est responsable de l'approvisionnement des pièces de rechange pour les arrêts de tranche et pour les pièces spécifiques nécessitant des connaissances techniques
Définit, en accord avec le responsable du service, les stocks nécessaires, et effectue les réapprovisionnements hors consommables
Organise et maintient à jour toute la documentation relative aux équipements de la centrale (PID, notes, consignes...)
Participe à la rédaction et au contrôle des gammes de maintenance
Est amené à assurer l'ensemble des certaines tâches de technicien électricien (spécificité)
Procède à la réception technique des pièces
Contrôle le fonctionnement et la conformité des équipements et détermine les solutions techniques de remise en état
Participe à l'inventaire du magasin
Participe à la réalisation des objectifs QSE
Respecte les règles établies dans le système de management QSE (lettre de politique, procédures génériques, consignes d'exploitation, instructions de travail, protocoles, modes opératoires...)
Détecte les anomalies ou dysfonctionnements et les signale à son responsable hiérarchique direct
Est force de proposition dans l'amélioration des procédures de l'entreprise
Participe à la gestion des situations d'urgence
Assure et fait appliquer les règles de tri des déchets

Habilitations électriques en vigueur
Système normatif QSE
Méthode d'analyse des risques, de diagnostic des incidents et pannes
