We are seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operation of our office. If you are an organized communicative person, who enjoys being at the heart of a vibrant workplace, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation of our reception desk
Welcome and take care of our visitors and arrange parking as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Manage office supplies and equipment - track stocks, place orders and ensure availability of supplies
Arrange and maintain office spaces: order refreshment, coordinate with service providers
Provide support and communicate effectively with other departments across the company - IT, Legal, HR
Liaise with building management and maintenance staff

Qualifications and Experience

Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor
English at a communicative level - able to handle everyday conversations with guests and colleagues
Proactive attitude and organizational talent - you enjoy solving tasks quickly and efficiently
User-level knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook are familiar to you
Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement
Willingness to work on-site in our modern office in Karlín
