Your Tasks
- Lead global LOA and tender governance, ensuring consistent processes and standards across all regions
- Identify risks early, manage escalation paths, and align regions through the After Sales Strategic Project Review. Support major negotiations through coaching or direct involvement to secure strategic wins
- Define guidelines for non-standard bids and ensure a consistent global go/no-go logic
- Analyze global tender pipelines, derive trends, and share insights with key functions such as Technical Marketing, Standards, and Legal
- Drive global strategy deployment by developing KAM frameworks, account plans, and supporting regional engagement with strategic stakeholders
- Contribute to market and product strategies by aligning targets, improving AS Market Strategies, and providing competitiveness input for product lifecycle decisions
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or comparable field (Bachelor/Master)
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, After Sales, Commercial Operations, or Services-preferably in an international or multi-region setup
- Proven track record in negotiating large-scale or complex deals
- Strong skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), BI tools (Power BI/SAC), and advanced Excel; familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, and change management abilities
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
