Für unser Customer Service Team in Nürnberg suchen wir Verstärkung im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Erstellung, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Bestellungen im SAP-System
- Technische und kaufmännische Prüfung der Bestelldetails
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen (Vertrieb, Produktion, Produktmanagement, etc. )
- Telefonische sowie schriftliche Kundenbetreuung und -beratung und Beantwortung von Anfragen
- Verfolgung von Lieferterminen und eigenständige Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Anlage, Verwaltung und Pflege von Kundendaten
- Pflege der Stammdaten in SAP
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/frau, Bürokaufmann/frau, Elektroniker/in oder ähnliche)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service, vorzugsweise im technischen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent sowie umfassende Kundenorientierung und Organisationsgeschick
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
