Job Description

As a Product Owner (f/m/d) C&P FACTS Solutions within the Control & Protection Platform development team, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the C&P Versions. You will also manage the RPL budget planning and allocation process, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee development control in terms of time, budget, and quality.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordinating activities and facilitating communication across project teams and the C&P Platform development teams
  • Defining and refining the scope and release backlog for the Reference Project Line within C&P Platform Development
  • Ensuring efficient collaboration and productivity by managing the team's activities and keeping the backlog updated
  • Establishing clear communication with customers to meet their requirements and expectations, while identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders
  • Conducting regular stakeholder interactions and performing retrospectives to evaluate processes and improve team competencies

What You Bring

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field, with extensive experience in solution development projects
  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with FACTS and HVDC Solutions
  • Experience in Software, Hardware, or Solution Development in an Agile environment is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and effective team leadership
  • Fluency in English and German
