  • Oversee and coordinate structured cabling, network drops, and physical infrastructure required for manufacturing equipment, including layout changes, relocations, and production-line expansions.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause, long-term fixes, and prevention of recurring issues.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate IT support staff in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Manufacturing, Engineering, Corporate IT, and external vendors.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and customer service, especially when dealing with production-impacting incidents.

  • High level of organization, discipline, and attention to detail, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with willingness to adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices that enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.

  • Strong experience administering Windows Server and Linux systems, virtualization platforms, networking, and hybrid identity environments (Active Directory / Azure AD).
  • Experience managing or supervising IT support teams, including workload planning and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing systems, industrial PCs, scanners, printers, and IT-OT integrated equipment (preferred).
