Job Description
We are a family-owned company from Austria active in the electrical and electronics industry. With Fronius Welding, we are continually revolutionising welding technology, while Fronius Solar & Energy focuses on the best possible use of solar energy and optimising battery charging systems for intralogistics. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Upload payroll files and other financial records into the ERP system.
- Book and reconcile credit and debit card expenses.
- Download, review, and distribute bank statements to cardholders.
- Sort receipts, review balances, and record transactions in the ERP system.
- Book bank transactions and payments (debit and credit cards).
- Manage and audit travel and employee expense reports.
- Reconcile employee travel funds and open expense items.
- Monitor and manage monthly fuel allowances and highway toll charges.
- Ensure import tax documentation is accurate and balanced.
- Book leasing company invoices by cost center.
- Provide support to employees regarding expense policies, card usage, and balances.
