Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Management Team with construction and implementation of energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable technology projects in retail, commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
  • Manage project workflows of submittals, RFI's, daily reports, punchlist items, and project closeout documentation using project management software such as Procore or RMS.
  • Organize and maintain project related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence.
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly construction meetings at various project site locations virtually and in person.
  • Assist with issuing preconstruction bid packages to vendors and subcontractors for pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with management of project finances, vendor invoices, and client reporting activities.
  • Perform and present findings on research related to project specifications, drawings, contract documents, financial reports, and other project related material.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to prepare and maintain all forms of reports, develop meeting minutes and agendas, presentations, documentation, and related project material.
  • Assist project superintendents and Sr. PM with site observations and management of vendors and subcontractors.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related engineering discipline. Or demonstrated level of equivalent job experience.
  • Ability to review confidential US security information.

Additional Qualifications

  • Exposure to large scale construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits involving institutional, government, commercial and industrial customer sites.
  • Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data and information.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project.
  • Proficiency in Procore or other PM software.
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
  • Ability to travel as required - 25% (Typically in the MD/DC area) QA/QC Certification from ACOE or NAVFAC
  • OSHA 30
  • CPR and Blood Born Pathogens Certification
