We're looking for an energetic Junior Project Manager to join our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Turnkey Projects Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in the solar PV and battery storage (PV+BESS) industry while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, customer service, and operational support.

In this role, you'll support our senior project managers in keeping projects running smoothly, from planning and execution to customer service, sales support, logistics, and procurement. It's a varied position where you'll learn across different business areas, all while helping deliver clean energy solutions in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist in planning timelines, budgets, and deliverables for solar and storage projects.
  • Keep track of project progress and coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Tech, Legal, Finance, Logistics).
  • Maintain project records and documentation in our CRM and reporting tools.
  • Support customer communication with updates and follow-ups.

Customer Service & Helpdesk

  • Be a friendly first point of contact for customer queries.
  • Track issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely responses.
  • Help strengthen long-term relationships with clients.

Inside Sales & Commercial Support

  • Assist sales with quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement to ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Contribute to demand planning and forecasting.

Procurement, Logistics & MRP

  • Support purchase order follow-ups and supplier communication.
  • Help with logistics scheduling, delivery tracking, and customs processes.
  • Maintain accuracy in MRP/ERP systems.

Professional Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, logistics, procurement, or a similar role.

  • A degree or diploma in business, engineering, or another relevant field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

  • A team player who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Experience in renewable energy, engineering, or technical project environments.

  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, MS Project, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Additional European languages.

  • A basic understanding of solar PV, BESS, or energy markets.

Languages

  • Spanish and English - fluent, written & spoken
  • German and/or Italian preferable
