Do you have experience in warehouse operations and a passion for optimizing workflows while driving digitalization? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring efficient handling of our warehouse and implementing innovative solutions? If so, we are looking for you to join our team!
As a Warehouse Coordinator in our Transitional Energies division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently and smoothly. You will be responsible for managing project-related equipment, packing items for shipping, and contributing to the implementation of a digital warehouse management system.
At Semco Maritime, safety is a core value, and you will help maintain and promote a strong safety culture while supporting our journey toward digitalizing the warehouse.
Your workplace will be at our warehouse in Esbjerg, and the position is full-time.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work independently while shaping both your responsibilities and the future warehousing setup at TE's facility in Esbjerg. You will also play a key role in establishing effective coordination with project-specific site warehouses. As part of the Procurement organization, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who continuously strive for excellence, says Lorents Ruby Nielsen, Director of Procurement, Transitional Energies.
Your tasks and responsibilities
As our new Warehouse Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse and contribute to digitalizing our processes.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing project-related warehouse operations and ensuring proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Driving the digitalization of warehouse processes, including implementing a warehouse management system.
- Packing equipment for shipping with attention to accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure optimal support and workflows.
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities.
Your profile and qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and structured warehouse professional who thrives in a dynamic work environment. You are passionate about optimizing warehouse processes and contributing to the implementation of digital solutions.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Relevant experience in warehouse management and operations.
- A valid forklift certificate (requirement).
- A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work.
- Interest in and preferably experience with the digitalization of warehouse processes (an advantage).
- Fluency in Danish and/or English (requirement).
