Responsibilities
- Perform pre-audit of projects to ensure paperwork and necessary documents are filed.
- Work with sales team and homeowners to retrieve paperwork in order to expedite the process.
- Call customers directly for paperwork and retrieve necessary paperwork.
- Assist the Permit Coordinator in delivering and retrieving the permit to and from the City or County
- Obtains signatures for any/all paperwork between homeowner and City/County Agencies
- Develops and maintains relationships with City/County agencies and project teams.
- Develops and maintains relationships with local HOAs.
Qualifications
- Previous permitting experience preferred.
- Creative problem solver
- Team player, self-starter
- Computer literacy is a MUST
- In office position
- Experience with CRMs or large databases
- Proficient and accurate data entry
- Ability to work on multiple screens and manage different tasks throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation to deliver permits (mileage reimbursed) - only for permit runner position
- Comfortable calling customers, HOAs, cities and counties.
Salary
$45k to $55k depending on experience
