Wir unterstützen neu akquirierte Handwerksunternehmen dabei, ihre IT-Landschaft zukunftsorientiert, effizient und vollständig digitalisiert auszurichten. Dazu suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die das Handwerk versteht und gleichzeitig in der IT-Welt zu Hause ist - jemanden, der Prozesse verbindet, Strukturen schafft und unsere Unternehmen sicher durch die digitale Transformation führt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Onboarding neuer Handwerksbetriebe in unsere Systemlandschaft - von der Bedarfserhebung über die Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
- Durchführung von IT-Audits sowie Aufbau und Einrichtung der grundlegenden IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerke, Server, Hardware)
- Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems Powerbird inklusive Strukturdesign, Services, Schnittstellen-Management und Automatisierungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, insbesondere der Integration und Optimierung von Datenflüssen zwischen Powerbird und internen Systemen
- Schulung und Unterstützung verschiedener Nutzergruppen - von Monteuren über Büromitarbeitende bis hin zu Führungskräften
- Begleitung von Wartungen, Infrastrukturmaßnahmen und technischen Projekten vor Ort und remote
Qualifikationen
- Handwerklicher Hintergrund oder ein fundiertes Verständnis für Abläufe im Handwerk
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem ERP-System Powerbird
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstständigkeit und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Bundesweite Reisebereitschaft von ca. 50 %
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
- Leidenschaft für Digitalisierung und Freude daran, Unternehmen auf diesem Weg zu begleiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
