Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
- Develop a high-performing service engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Promote a safe, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
- Take the lead, walk-the-talk, show the way forward in terms of functional excellence and people development
- Ensure a high and positive employee engagement within Service Engineering.
Service Strategy and Implementation
- Develop and maintain functional strategy and strategic/tactical/operational actions plans for Service Engineering.
- Responsible for project economics and efficient project execution.
Customer Relations and Satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and escalated issues.
- Responsible for customer relations to Service Engineering, quotes and follow up on quotes.
Innovation and Process Improvement
- create and improve systems and processes to maximize customers' values in the Service business.
Our requirements
- Proven experience (min. 3 years) managing and developing high-performing engineering teams as people and/or project manager.
- Experience in design and manufacturing of electrical panels, ideally including:
- Retrofit solutions & obsolete engineering
- Battery UPS systems
- BOM design for converters, controller HW, and I/O systems
- Field installation documentation
- Business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in the wind industry is a plus, but experience in marine control systems or large industrial applications is also valuable.
Location
This role can be based in our offices in Ikast or Hammel.
