Ihre Aufgaben
- Abwicklung der kaufmännischen Prozesse beim Bau von PV- und Speicher-Projekten
- Schnittstelle zur Projektleitung sowie zum Projekteinkauf
- Erstellung von Lieferplänen in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
- Bereitstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege aller in Navision enthaltenen relevanten Daten inkl. Artikel-, Debitoren und Kreditorenanlage
- Einholung, Prüfung und Nachhalten notwendiger Dokument im Bereich der Lieferantenbetreuung
- Einholen von Angeboten und Beauftragung ausgewählter Projektbedarfe, interne Koordination des benötigten Materials aus dem IBC-Lager
- Erstellung von Preisvergleichen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem verantwortlichen Projekteinkauf / Rechnungsprüfung
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann m/w/d) mit ausgeprägtem technischen Verständnis
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket obligatorisch
- Kenntnisse der Elektrotechnik oder Photovoltaik wünschenswert
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbständigkeit
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
- Sie agieren auf Basis eines klaren Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
