Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstammes und Akquise neuer Kunden via Telefon, E-Mail oder persönlich
Neukundengewinnung (Kaltakquise, Social-Media, Mailings, Messen, vor Ort etc.)
Vorstellung und Verkauf unserer Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Aktionen durch aktive Kundenansprache
Telefonischer und schriftlicher Support bei Kundenanfragen aller Art sowie Angebots- und auftragsbezogene Korrespondenz
Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung im definierten Verkaufsgebiet
Einschätzung der zukünftigen Absätze/Umsätze und Entwicklungen im verantworteten Verkaufsgebiet
Datenpflege im ERP-System (Navision und CRM) sowie Marktbeobachtung und Wettbewerbsanalyse

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischen Kenntnissen oder technische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem kaufmännischem Hintergrund
Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil
Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
