As a working student in the Learning & Competence Development Team, you will support the Nordex Global Technical Academy in developing global training standards and tools. You will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, contribute to trainer qualification programs, and assist in strategic development projects. This role allows you to gain insight into learning concepts, technical training, and international collaboration.

YOUR TASKS

  • You support the development team by creating and updating training guidelines and curricula
  • You review existing training materials to ensure quality, consistency, and clarity
  • You create and maintain templates such as trainer guidelines, presentations, and work instructions
  • You assist team members with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • You conduct research to support training development projects

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ongoing university studies in education, pedagogy, HR development or similar, combined with interest in technical topics, or ongoing technical studies with strong interest in pedagogy and training development
  • Technical understanding or willingness to learn technical topics
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Confident MS 365 skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; Excel and Planner are a plus)
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Analytical mindset and confidence in taking on new tasks
  • Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

You can work mobile or in our Hamburg office. A minimum availability of 15 hours per week is expected, with the option to work up to 20 hours per week. Two days per month in the office are required. In your application, please provide your expected graduation date so that we can determine the possible duration of your availability as a working student.
