Job Description
- Lead IT demand management of through the BITCO process (Process of managing, prioritizing, and selecting demand along with functions).
- Direct and supervise the team in managing demands from various internal clients.
- Ensure effective customer orientation by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team with different locations and diverse internal clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality in demand management.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and other IT teams.
- Follow the principles of prioritizing standard IT services over new services.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in information technology, computer, economic Science, or comparable qualifications.
- Certification in ITIL or COBIT.
- Certification in Prince 2 or PMP will be considered.
- Experience: IT Demand management, PMO management, IT process/frameworks management and managing international team.
- English C1.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to actively listen and persuade with strong arguments.
- Previous experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- People skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Academic background in IT, business management, or related fields.
- Ability to manage stress and remain calm in challenging situations.
- A person who is open to change and capable of leading change.
- Good organization and effective process implementation and management skills.
- Availability to travel.
