Your tasks
- Technische und digitale Inbetriebnahme von AC/DC-Ladeinfrastruktur unter Sicherstellung der EnBW mobility+ Qualitätsstandards
- Übernahme der Anlagenverantwortung für die gesamte Ladeinfrastruktur inkl. aller zusätzlichen Produktkomponenten wie PV-Anlage, Video etc.
- Durchführung aller erforderlichen Wartungen und Prüfungen inkl. der Dokumentation
- Entstörungs- und Reparatureinsätze vor Ort unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Service Level
- Durchführung von Fehler- und Ursachenanalysen in Abstimmung mit dem Remote-Support
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Elektroberuf oder langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Möglichst Erfahrungen in Erstprüfungen nach VDE 0100 Teil 600 und Wiederholungsprüfungen nach VDE 0105
- Schaltungsberechtigung für Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen oder Bereitschaft diese Qualifikation zu erwerben.
- Du arbeitest sicherheitsorientiert, selbstständig und gut organisiert und überzeugst durch Einsatzfreude
- Kenntnisse und Interesse an moderner IT-Anwendung
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Führerschein Klasse B
About the department
Im Bereich „technischer Betrieb & Service" gilt es sicherzustellen, dass wir alle Prozesse an unserer Ladeinfrastruktur beherrschen, ständig optimieren und die Verfügbarkeit der Ladestationen sicherstellen. Dies vor dem Hintergrund fortlaufenden, extensiven Aufbaus der Ladeinfrastruktur sowie steigende Kunden- und Nutzerzahlen.
Als Field Service Monteur*in Elektromobilität bist Du in der Gegend zwischen Nürnberg und Bamberg wohnhaft, da hier dein Dienstgebiet liegt.
