What will your day/week look like with us

  • Applying quality management methods, techniques, and tools to support projects and ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and the process framework
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and project teams to ensure quality performance and transparent reporting
  • Preparing, monitoring, and executing project quality plans and conducting P-Gate evaluations
  • Working with Project Managers to ensure effective delivery of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions
  • Facilitating risk identification and mitigation through System, Design, and Process FMEAs
  • Developing and reviewing a comprehensive test strategy in line with product requirements
  • Providing guidance on technical, legal, and regulatory compliance matters
  • Reviewing, approving, or rejecting quality-related documents at each P-Gate phase
  • Sharing lessons learned and best practices among project teams and stakeholders
  • Managing problem-solving activities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement projects
  • Reporting and escalating project quality issues to the appropriate management level
  • Promoting the development, qualification, and management of suppliers according to performance KPIs
  • Ensuring error-free and on-time material supply to L+G production facilities
  • Planning and managing quality improvement activities at the Green Belt level
  • Documenting data obtained during quality assurance activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Applying quality standards and procedures in subcontractor processes involving partial or completed products
  • Tracking, presenting, and taking necessary actions based on subcontractor quality metrics

What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering departments,
  • Preferably experience in quality assurance and/or supplier quality within the automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industries,
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, PPAP, APQP, and FMEA,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong communication and representation skills with an analytical mindset,
  • Team-oriented, result-driven, and disciplined.
