In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres Controllings. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammen und gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit - immer mit dem Ziel, Transparenz, Effizienz und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg sicherzustellen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Analyse der Kostenstrukturen sowie Durchführung von Umsatz-, Absatz- und Ergebnisanalysen (Bilanz- und GuV-Positionen)
- Erstellung von unternehmensweiten Planungsszenarien, Cashflows und Forecasts
- Kommunikative und aktive Schnittstelle zwischen in- und externen Abteilungen
- Permanente Optimierung der Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätsverbesserung des Controllings
- Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Kernprozesse, des Berichtswesens und der Planung
- Unterstützung und bedarfsorientierte Beratung der Geschäftsführung und der Fachbereiche in allen Controlling-, Planungs- und sonstigen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Mitwirkung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Sonderanalysen und -projekten
Das bringst du mit
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, des Controllings oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
- Du besitzt umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Reporting (z. B. Budgetierung, Forecasting, Liquiditätsplanung, Cashflow-Analysen, Projekt-Controlling)
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Finanzsystemen - insbesondere Erfahrung in Workday Finance und CCH Tagetik sind von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest analytisch und gehst strukturiert an Problemstellungen heran
- Du kommunizierst klar und arbeitest gerne bereichsübergreifend
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie über sichere Englischkenntnisse
