What you will do
The digital and technological revolution we are currently facing requires constant adaptation and a growing need to have people working with the HyperAutomation. Through the combination of multiple technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Analytics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) our team dedicates on extending the value of traditional automation to bring new efficiencies for the business. The Transformation and Hyperautomation team of Operations B2C intend to hire someone that fits the idea that data and automation can change one's perception of how we face problems in the business.
- GenAI Model Application and machine learning
- Apply Generative AI models and techniques such as semantic indexing, summarization, prompt engineering and new algorithms to address our business problems;
- Experiment with and implement state-of-the-art GenAI frameworks and tools to increase efficiency in the business
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to create value and improve efficiency in business processes
- Data analytics and BI
- Collaborate with the business to identify trends, patterns, and insights to increase efficiency;
- Develop and implement applications that can improve the B2C segment way of work;
- Develop and implement E2E BI solutions defining new ETL procedures with multi source data
- Automation
- Creation of E2E automations using chatbots and other automation procedures to improve business processes and to connect the different digital business solutions;
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Ensure documentation, reusability, and common practices to enhance collaboration;
- Focus on the delivery of each initiative including feasibility, value opportunity, adoption, complexity, maintainability;
- Breathe a culture of mutual help between colleagues;

What are we looking for
- Degree or master's on technological areas such as: Electrical and computer engineering, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Computer engineering, Data Science other degrees relevant to the role.
- Minimum Professional experience of 3 years.
- Technical expertise in:
- Agile framework
- Python, PySpark, SQL (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Azure and databricks
- Power bi and Domo are plus
- UiPath is a plus (not mandatory)
- Fluency in English
