Job Description

A potential six figure work at home opportunity with plenty of room for growth. We're currently hiring exceptional Inside Sales representatives to work remotely.

  • Must live in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania OR Nevada.

As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating the initial connection with our clients over the phone to coordinate appointments for our solar consultants in the field. As you progress in your career with Momentum, there will be opportunities in management, transferring to other departments, or promotion to becoming a solar consultant within our sales division.

Momentum prides itself in offering you all the necessary tools to succeed in your current and future roles. You will go through an intensive 2-3-week training course covering all aspects of the job, while also attending continuous retraining and daily call reviews provided by your supervisor.

As you grow in your lead generation skills, you will be provided opportunities to transition from our entry-level team to one of our veteran teams. Transitioning to a higher tiered team allows you to increase your earning potential and the foundational education needed for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Consistent phone calls to potential clients through outbound calls
  • Deliver a sales pitch over the phone to create appointments for our solar consultants
  • Identify prospective clients through the database, referrals, and other lists
  • Participation in ongoing training and coaching with manager and team
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goal targets

Requirements

  • Able to work remotely while having a quiet, distraction free workspace
  • MUST HAVE a reliable computer with high-speed internet connection. Computer Specs (At least 8GB RAM is required), Intel i5 CPU Minimum (or AMD equivalent) 2.0ghz Quad core or better.
  • Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment (preferred but not required)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally
  • Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly
  • Be able to validate prospective customer's contact and home information in CRM system while maintaining confidentiality
  • Must live in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania OR Nevada.

Compensation

  • Hourly wage of $13.00 dollars plus uncapped commission and bonuses
  • Paid training
  • Fast track bonus: $1,900 within the first 30 days
  • Average earning potential: $50,000-70,0000
