Lass uns gemeinsam erfolgreich an der Umsetzung der Energiewende arbeiten. Hierfür suchen wir dich deutschlandweit an unseren Standorten als Consultant Modern Workplace (m/w/d). Du unterstützt dabei unsere Mitarbeiter:innen, moderne Arbeitsplätze sicher, effizient und nutzerfreundlich zu betreiben, bringst praktische Erfahrung in der IT‑Administration und kollaborativen Tools mit und arbeitest gern an der Schnittstelle von Endgeräten, Collaboration und Automatisierung.

Dein Beitrag zur Energiewende

  • Verwaltung und Lifecycle‑Management mobiler Endgeräte (MDM, Enrollment, Policies, Security)
  • 2nd‑Level‑Support für Collaboration‑ und Workplace‑Technologien (z. B. MS Teams, SharePoint, Telefonie, WhatsApp 4 Business)
  • Technische Unterstützung bei Automatisierungsprojekten und internen Systemintegrationen
  • Analyse und Verbesserung von Prozessen im Arbeitsumfeld unserer Mitarbeiter (inkl. Fehlerbehebung, Dokumentation und Knowledge‑Base‑Pflege)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit IT‑Teams, Security und Fachbereichen zur Implementierung praktikabler Lösungen

Neben deiner Energie bringst du mit

Must‑have:

  • Grundverständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und Prozessmodellierung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT‑Administration (Client/Device Management)
  • Praxis in der Administration moderner Kollaborations‑Tools: MS Teams, SharePoint, MDM‑Lösungen und Telefonie‑Systeme
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung im 2nd‑level‑Support

Nice‑to‑have:

  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Tools zur Automatisierung von Arbeitsabläufen (z. B. Power Automate, RPA‑Tools)
