Job Description
The Graphic Designer and Multimedia Specialist creates visually compelling materials that bring the Silfab Solar brand and messages to life across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing and producing a high volume of design assets, including digital creative, sales support materials, trade show and event deliverables, and partner-facing collateral. In addition to hands-on design, the role supports campaign planning, experiential marketing concepts, and cross-functional creative coordination to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with Silfab's strategic priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design high-impact creative assets for web, digital signage, social media, presentations, trade shows, and print collateral.
- Partner with the marketing team to support campaign planning and rollout, ensuring cross-channel alignment and strong visual storytelling.
- Support trade show and on-site event execution as needed, including booth setup support, branded environment checks, design development, asset coordination, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Provide input on creative direction, messaging clarity, and ways to elevate campaign performance through stronger visual storytelling.
- Support the marketing team with light copywriting as needed, including short-form messaging for social posts, email copy, web content updates, event messaging, and internal communications.
- Support vendor coordination and production prep, including print specifications, file setup, revisions, and final delivery.
- Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables through consistent typography, layout standards, and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain organized asset libraries, templates, and design systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and refine sales enablement materials (one-pagers, product sheets, pitch decks, partner toolkits), translating technical information into clear, customer-ready visuals.
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend trade shows/events as required.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects / Premiere Pro is a strong asset).
