Das erwartet Dich
Als Team Assistant (m/w/d) in unserem Profit Center Solar Roofs unterstützt Du das Team bei der operativen Umsetzung internationaler Projekte im Bereich gewerblicher PV-Dachanlagen. Deine Aufgaben verbinden organisatorische Verantwortung mit administrativen Tätigkeiten in einem dynamischen, technisch geprägten Umfeld.
Deine Aufgaben
- Operative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Head of Profit Center sowie des Sales Teams
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Projekten, Bestellungen und Stammdaten im ERP-System
- Rolle als ERP Key User: Unterstützung des Teams bei ERP-Anwendungen, Ansprechpartner für ERP-relevante Fragestellungen sowie Mitwirkung in der ERP Concept-Group
- Organisation, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Workshops und internen Events
- Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Pflege von Präsentationen sowie weiteren Unterlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Team- und Marketingevents sowie bei Messevorbereitungen
- Mitwirkung an Sonderprojekten sowie gelegentliche Reisen zu Veranstaltungen und Projektstandorten
Wen wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekt- oder Teamassistenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bereitschaft, sich in neue Tools und Prozesse einzuarbeiten und diese mitzugestalten
- Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
- Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
