We support both experienced energy professionals and newcomers who want to grow, gain confidence and make a real impact. Currently, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Digital Sales Manager with Hungarian to help us grow in the Hungarian market.

  • Umíš vyjednávat a prodávat hodnoty, nejen produkty.
  • Chceš se učit, růst a přispívat k inovacím v prodejních procesech.
  • Zajímáš se o obnovitelné zdroje (výhodou, ale není podmínkou).
  • Hovoříš plynně maďarsky.
  • Experience in B2B phone sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell value, not just products.
  • Motivation to learn, develop and improve sales processes.
  • Interest in renewable energy (an advantage, not a requirement).
  • Fluency in Hungarian.

  • Telefonický prodej: Aktivně oslovíš instalační firmy z naší databáze.

  • Analýza potřeb zákazníků: Zjistíš, jaká řešení aktuálně využívají, a nabídneš jim výhodnější varianty spolupráce s Memodo.

  • Vyjednávání a budování vztahů: Uzavíráš obchody, buduješ si vlastní kmen zákazníků a pečuješ o dlouhodobé vztahy.

  • Mentoring a rozvoj: Pracuješ pod vedením přímo jednoho z majitelů, který ti předá cenné know-how a otevře prostor pro tvoje inovativní nápady.

  • Flexibilita: Primárně komunikuješ po telefonu, s možností přejít později na terénní prodej u větších klientů.

  • Phone sales: Actively contacting installation companies from our existing database.

  • Customer needs analysis: Understanding clients' current solutions and proposing more effective cooperation with Memodo.

  • Negotiation & relationship building: Closing deals, building your own customer portfolio and nurturing long-term partnerships.

  • Mentoring & development: Working closely with one of the company owners, gaining hands-on know-how and space for your own ideas.

  • Flexibility: Mainly phone-based sales, with the opportunity to transition into field sales for key clients over time.
